Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) – Organizational Behaviour/Human Resource Management (OB/HRM)
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our faculty as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB/HRM) area.
The successful candidate will have a PhD in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related field, with a strong research agenda and a demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier journals.
They will also have excellent teaching skills, with experience in teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and a commitment to mentoring students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research and a proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will be expected to contribute to the development of the OB/HRM area, including teaching, research, and service responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Teach courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Conduct research and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor students and contribute to the development of the OB/HRM area
- Participate in service responsibilities, including departmental and university-wide committees
Requirements:
- PhD in Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong research agenda and publication record
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Commitment to mentoring students and contributing to the development of the OB/HRM area
