We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at The UPS Store #244. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective communications materials for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and guide junior graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output.
- Project Management
- Estimate and manage project timelines to deliver graphic designs and illustrations on schedule.
- Design and Development
- Develop and produce high-quality sketches, illustrations, and final designs that meet client objectives.
- Produce 2D and 3D animated drawings or computer illustrations that engage and inform audiences.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and delivery of print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop graphic elements that meet their objectives.
- Administrative and Organizational
- Coordinate all aspects of production, including sub-contracting and file management.
- Process files and paperwork efficiently and accurately.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Environment
- 30-40 hours per week.
