Unlock Your Potential as a Senior IT Business Analyst

Lantic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in driving business value through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with operational and professional staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Understand and learn business and operational processes and technology to make effective recommendations and complete activities.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and provide recommendations regarding technology solutions for the business.
  • Work closely with business counterparts and leaders to understand business and operational challenges and needs.
  • Coordinate and communicate between IT and other departments.
  • Plan and oversee small-to-medium scale projects to completion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar.
  • Effective engagement and communication in English. French language is an asset.
  • Values, builds, and maintains professional relationships.
  • Self-starter, keen to learn and develop skillset.
