Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Plus Lacombe Inn and Suites. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy dining room.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure excellent service and quality food.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on food service operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
