Service Advisor Role

At FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon, we're seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Advise customers on necessary and suggested services, clearly communicating costs and benefits.
  • Monitor the status of customer vehicles from service bay entry to completion, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
  • Review work orders with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive, with a strong understanding of service writing and customer communication.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A valid Class 5 Ontario Driver's License, with a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
