We are seeking a skilled Master Plumber to join our team at Grand Pacific Plumbing Ltd. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that requires strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of piping materials and fittings, as well as knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Piping System Requirements: Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Pipe Measurement and Cutting: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in plumbing installation and maintenance
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment; must be able to bend, crouch, and kneel frequently
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, and sound judgement
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 CAD, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
