Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead, Chemical Process Engineering to oversee engineering best practices, foster collaboration, and ensure project success from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in detailed process design and process optimization with a keen interest in mentoring and training junior and intermediate engineers.

The role offers a clear pathway to Manager, Chemical Process Engineering. Key responsibilities include leading process design and development for lithium recovery and desalination plants, managing project workflows, researching advanced process devices, driving product innovation, and leading engineering tasks such as designing process solutions, generating mathematical process models, and maintaining PFDs and mass balances.

We require a relevant degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, 8+ years of post-graduation experience in process or chemical engineering, a track record of leading engineering teams, and extensive experience in developing P&IDs.
