Job Title: Truck Driver-Supervisor

At Canada inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
