Job Description:

Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations & Strategic Analysis, this role is responsible for managing Capstone Copper's Investor Relations function, including investor dialogue, targeting, media and public relations. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing dialogue with internal and external stakeholders
* Drafting investor communications materials such as corporate presentations, presentation scripts, news releases, fact sheets, and announcements
* Arranging for the internal review, approval and distribution of news releases and other external communications

This position requires a strong understanding of capital markets, investor relations, public affairs, or audit, with 5-10 years of experience in a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is also required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build internal and external networks to facilitate message delivery. Fluency in Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Company's advertising plan and assist and oversee the site community and recruitment advertising for external brand management
• Responsible for ongoing oversight of the Crisis Communication portion of the Crisis Management Plan to meet the requirements of the Mining Association of Canada's Towards Sustainable Mining guiding principles
• Maintain a database of Street Analyst estimates and leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the preparation of investor relations materials and analysis of quantitative algorithms

Requirements:
• Strong initiative in day-to-day activities and identifies opportunities to add value with minimal direction
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects simultaneously
• Team player, able to work collaboratively and build relationships with all levels of the organization and in diverse communities
