About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Equipment Operator to join our team at Bothar Inc. This is a critical role that requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as cranes, excavators, and dump trucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machinery operation, maintenance, and safety procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating construction equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage and performance.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
- Valid certification or training in crane operation and rigging.
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
