About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facility Operations Assistant. This is a 12-month contract position that will play a critical role in the safe and efficient operations of our chemical shed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage of all products.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, keeping stock levels optimal and accessible.
  • Prepare customer orders and assist with pick-up and delivery, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Operate machinery and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Experience with general labor, preferably in agriculture and/or farming.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience operating a forklift.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
