We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
  • Laundry and Linen: Wash, dry, and fold linens, as well as restock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
