Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Amazon Supply Chain Optimization Technologies (SCOT) organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable products deployed globally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product teams, to develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain optimization.
  2. Identify and prioritize business needs, develop project schedules, and ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones.
  3. Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business partners and technical teams, to drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
