About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist-programmer to join our team at Bédard Ressources inc. as a key contributor to our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs on 3 to 5 axis numerical control milling machines to produce precision parts.
  • Prepare and select the necessary tooling for manufacturing, ensuring optimal results.
  • Set up, program, and operate multi-axis machining centers to meet production demands.
  • Continuously improve existing programs to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Requirements
  • DEP in machining techniques and/or DEC in mechanical engineering or relevant training.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer Machinist.
  • Proficiency in Mastercam and/or ESPRIT programming.
  • Experience in machining molds and precision parts is a significant asset.
