We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making at Noise Digital Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain complex Google Analytics tracking setups to measure website and app performance, user behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute advanced analytics strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to create custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement robust Google Tag Manager setups, including Server-Side Tagging for improved data quality and privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate data collection and integration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and App & Web tracking.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
