Job Overview:

Ricki's is a leading destination for fashionable workwear, and we're looking for a Seasonal Sales Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in-store.

About the Role:

As a Seasonal Sales Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect products and ensuring they receive outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Maintaining a visually appealing store environment through merchandising and visual displays
• Participating in receiving shipments and preparing products for sale
• Supporting coworkers by sharing knowledge and assisting with tasks
• Contributing to a positive work environment that embodies our values

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Interest in fashion and an eye for style
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise throughout the store
• Flexible availability to work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to apply our philosophy that 'none of us is as good as all of us'
