  • Valid QEI Elevator Inspector's Certification
  • Thorough knowledge of NYC Building Code and ASME Safety Codes
  • Thorough working knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance procedures
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
