Ecological Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Aquatic Ecologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aquatic ecology and experience working in a consulting environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on aquatic ecosystem assessment and management.
• Lead and participate in project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate ecological expertise into project planning and implementation.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and sampling activities to gather data and assess project impacts.
• Develop and implement monitoring plans and protocols.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in Ecology, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aquatic ecology and consulting.
• Strong understanding of aquatic ecosystem processes and principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
