Ecological Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Aquatic Ecologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aquatic ecology and experience working in a consulting environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on aquatic ecosystem assessment and management.
- Lead and participate in project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate ecological expertise into project planning and implementation.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and sampling activities to gather data and assess project impacts.
- Develop and implement monitoring plans and protocols.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Ecology, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aquatic ecology and consulting.
- Strong understanding of aquatic ecosystem processes and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
