Key Responsibilities

  • As a key member of our PUMA retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our brand values.
  • Drive sales growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to PUMA's visual merchandising standards.
  • Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational core competencies.
  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with potential for overtime.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
