We are seeking a professional Observation Expert to join our team at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining continuous surveillance of gaming areas and the entire property, ensuring the security of customers, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
  • Identify, record, document and report unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Monitor compliance and protect company assets and gaming integrity.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs, gather and submit information for detailed reporting.

  • Reliability, diligence, and a high level of integrity.
  • Self-motivated and contribute positively to a team environment.
  • Are meticulous in all areas of your duties.
  • Good vision and the capacity to focus on a computer screen and sit for long periods of time.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
