About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at Grafana Enterprise. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for providing specialized business and technical consultation to our customers, helping them achieve their objectives using Grafana.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with customers to understand their challenges and provide guidance on implementing Grafana solutions.
  • Develop and deliver customized training, quick-starts, and project assurance to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate with our product teams to identify and recommend changes and improvements to our products.
  • Manage ongoing support to customers, monitoring support requests and acting as the voice of the customer.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams, using project management techniques.
  • Direct experience with observability (o11y) and a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a vision to help us take our company to the next level.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, and Systems Architecture design.
