About the Role:
The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate Part-Time to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate Part-Time, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing daily shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly manner, answer questions regarding merchandise items, prices, and brands, and provide information on promotions, company policies, and procedures.
- Warehouse Operations: Process daily shipments, organize, and set up the warehouse area to ensure all merchandise is received, processed, and presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Demonstrate a high degree of customer service while processing all refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines.
- Fitting Room Duties: Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and has the proper supplies in place, and assist customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Education: High school education or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), and time management skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
