About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Beneficiary Attendant at our Sonata retirement residence in Châteauguay. As a Beneficiary Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as mobility and personal care
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of resident care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies

Requirements:

  • PDSB training
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
  • Law 90 training
