Senior Salesforce Developer - IT

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Enterprise Org strategy for multiple Salesforce orgs Bank-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior leaders from Business and Technology to design long-term Business-Technology roadmap for individual Salesforce orgs.
  2. Design and implement Enterprise Org strategy for multiple Salesforce orgs Bank-wide.
  3. Complete multiple Enterprise level Salesforce platform implementations.
  4. Work with cross-team product owners, developers, and test engineers to support QA processes.
  5. Establish and enforce governance for implementing Salesforce at the Bank.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform.
  2. Well versed with Apex, Visual Force Pages, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Integration Patterns.
  3. Experience with middleware products or understanding of Talend, Jitterbit, Informatica, Mulesoft, etc.
  4. Working experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based application systems using REST, SOAP API.
  5. 2+ years of experience working with Financial Services Cloud.

Nice to Have:

  1. Good understanding of package-based deployments, Metadata API, and Ant.
  2. Hands-on experience on tools like Data Loader, Data Stage, Talend, Mulesoft.
  3. Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  4. Investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and utilize internal defect tracking tool to create detailed, high-quality error reports.
  5. Experience with deployment processes and release pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, Salesforce DX).
  6. Minimum of 1+ year experience on Salesforce Lightning Components and Aura Framework.

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  2. Ability to work in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies like SCRUM/Kanban.

Education and Certifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
  2. At least 2 or more certifications on Salesforce from the following before joining (certifications will be checked and validated):
  • Salesforce Developer 1
  • Salesforce Developer 2
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Architect
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud consultant
