About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • Assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions
  • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate
  • Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise
  • Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items and maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures
  • Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, administer required paperwork, logs and other documentation
  • Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal Associates will handle various duties throughout the year, including Garden Centre in the March-July time frame, Toys at Christmas, and Bikes in Summer
  • Garden Centre Associates will zone, water and cull plants. Some limited cash handling may be required
  • Limited physical activity is required for Associates who handle bikes

Requirements:

  • Age – 16 or older

Salary Range:$15-$18 per hour

The estimated salary range is based on the job requirements and location in Lloydminster, AB T9V 2X3, Canada.
