Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to promote our products and services
  • Respond to parts pricing inquiries from customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high levels of satisfaction
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in parts order fulfillment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team
  • Previous experience in the agricultural industry or outbound sales is an asset, but not necessary
