Job Title: Tire Technician

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our customers' vehicles.

Job Summary:
  • Perform tire repairs and replacements on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment.
  • Grease booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment.
  • Install replacement mufflers, exhaust pipes, shock absorbers, or radiators.
  • Provide on-site services to customers.
  • Repair and balance tires.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity.
  • Physically demanding.
