FVB Psychologists is a reputable and established psychology practice in Ontario, committed to delivering high-quality psychological care to our clients. With a strong presence in Brampton and Mississauga, we offer a comprehensive range of assessment and therapeutic programs to individuals, families, private corporations, and government agencies.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a fully registered psychologist and/or psychological associate to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment and treatment to adults, as well as report writing and assessments for third parties and WSIB.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide psychotherapy to adults
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Administer and interpret psychological tests, particularly those relevant to personality and socio-emotional functioning
- Utilize various therapeutic approaches with strong cognitive-behavioral skills
- Develop excellent computer skills, including web-based video conferencing and telepsychology
- Work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Have a strong understanding of occupational stress injuries
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from a CPA or APA accredited university
- Flexible working hours
- Opportunity for training and supervision
- Administrative support provided by our full-time team
FVB Psychologists operates from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Our Brampton and Mississauga offices are equipped with experienced staff providing administrative support during clinic hours.
