About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Sales Coordinator to join our team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. As an Ecommerce Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the entire online resale process with a focus on electronics/electronics repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Online selling of used goods through various websites.
  • Taking high-quality photos and posting items online to ensure we receive a fair price for each item.
  • Identifying used electronic goods for reuse and resale.
  • Performing repairs on electronic items to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Staying up-to-date on effective online sales platforms and strategies.
  • Managing customer orders and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating the shipping of sold goods to customers.
  • Sorting through incoming items and deciding what should be kept for resale online.
Requirements:
  • Online sales experience, preferably with eBay and Amazon.
  • Technical skills and knowledge of electronics/electronics repair.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for treasure hunting and finding unique items.
  • Physical ability to move up to 50lbs.
  • A reliable vehicle is an asset.
Work Schedule:

25 hours per week, spread over 4-5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Compensation:

$15-$17 per hour to start, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
