About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Packaging Depot. As a Store Clerk Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register and Process Transactions: Accurately operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Maintain accurate inventory records, receive and stock merchandise, and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide advice on merchandise, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Perform Data Entry and Administrative Tasks: Accurately enter sales data, process returns, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist with Store Displays and Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually appealing store displays, arranging merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions and Process Internet-Based Electronic Commerce: Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and assist with online sales and returns.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

As a Retail Sales Associate at Packaging Depot, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store to assist customers.
