Job Title: Mechanical Package Engineer - Project Coordinator

As a seasoned Mechanical Package Engineer, you will play a vital role in the success of our EPC projects. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Mechanical Package Engineer - Project Coordinator.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to coordinate mechanical package engineering activities, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project teams to develop and implement mechanical package engineering strategies
  • Review and comment on vendor documents and drawings
  • Prepare equipment purchase packages and technical bid evaluations
  • Manage vendor packages and ensure compliance with ABSA and AEUB requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
Requirements:
  • EIT or P. Eng Mechanical Degree with EPC background
  • 5-10 years oil and gas experience with EPC background
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading and executing small and fast-track projects
  • Familiarity with ABSA and AEUB requirements
  • Knowledge of codes (CSA, ASME, API)
