About the Opportunity

triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Law Instructor to join our team in Toronto, Canada.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced lawyer with a passion for teaching and a strong background in corporate and international law. As a Corporate Law Instructor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering curricula to international students in an instructor-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching and facilitating courses to classes of international students in the Global Business Management Post-Graduate Certificate Program.
  • Evaluating student performance relating to the curricula using a variety of assessments.
  • Assisting with activities to support student success, including student internship and job placement, industry liaison, and administrative functions as required.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Lawyer or Law Clerk is required, ideally with experience in corporate and international law.
  • Lawyers must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • A master's degree is considered an asset.
  • A degree or diploma in adult education is considered an asset.
  • Understanding of Adult Learning Principles is preferred.
  • Teaching experience is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of D2L Brightspace or another Learning Management System is considered an asset.
