Job Summary

We are offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year for this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hand harvesting vegetables: Ensure that all produce meets our high standards by carefully selecting and picking fresh vegetables.
  • Pack fruits and vegetables: Package produce in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer demand.
  • Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops: Plant seeds, tend to crops, and ensure proper irrigation systems are in place to promote healthy growth.
  • Weeding: Maintain a weed-free environment to prevent crop damage and maintain quality.
  • Clean work area: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Harvest crops: Gather produce at optimal times to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
  • Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry: Safely handle and transport goods and materials throughout the farm.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

This role requires physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
