Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the review and feasibility assessments of project-based mortgage loan applications.
- Support the identification, assessment, and quantification of risks on a project-by-project basis.
- Conduct continuous monitoring of projects over the financing term.
- Cultivate and sustain positive business relationships with in-house business development personnel, borrowers, and third-party brokers/clients.
- Provide ongoing mortgage administration services to the Loan Administration team.
About the Team
Our Underwriting team plays a critical role in supporting the Investment Management Team in analyzing and assessing various types of commercial mortgage loan applications. We are looking for a talented Junior Analyst to join our team and contribute to our success.
Education Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a Co-op or Internship program and have completed their 2nd or 3rd year in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Future aspirations of attaining a CFA or CPA.
