Job Opportunity: HR Systems Analyst

Aecon is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support for our SuccessFactors HRIS program.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for the HRIS platform and overall HR Technology program.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information, process definition, communication plans, change management, and roll-out plans.
  • Design and develop appropriate content for the selected delivery method.
  • Conduct advanced research and data analysis to draw associated insights and make effective recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot issues as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • SuccessFactors module experience (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC) considered an asset.
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements.
  • Technical configuration experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required, confident presentation and communication abilities.
  • Experience and willingness to work in a large and complex environment where responsibilities and priorities may shift according to business needs.
  • Highly resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can calmly navigate change.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to not only manipulate and summarize data, but also derive meaningful interpretations from data and ability to articulate in a simple and impactful way to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion – and handle sensitive information.
