About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce technical lead to join our team at 2iResourcing. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading development activities on the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal functionality.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Customize and integrate the LR Gateway (LRG) application to meet business needs.
  2. Configure and implement Salesforce applications following best practices.
  3. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
  4. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
  5. Research and implement new Salesforce capabilities.
  6. Contribute to business cases and recommend Salesforce solutions.
  7. Develop technical documentation and training materials.
  8. Provide operational support and troubleshoot technical issues.
  9. Support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
  10. Participate in code reviews and system development activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of full-cycle software development, including design, development, testing, and support.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce development, specifically with Public Sector Foundation.
  • Certified Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and system configurations.
  • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications (e.g., SharePoint, Security APIs, SendGrid).
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GIT, Visual Studio).
  • Expertise in database technologies (Oracle), BI tools (MS Power BI), and cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Familiarity with Ontario Public Service policies and labour relations processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA) and experience in developing bilingual applications.
