Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and work practices

  • Oversee the method of construction, manpower, equipment, and material needed, and quality control
  • Provide supervision and planning for successful project completion
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years in the construction industry, with at least one year in civil or underground utility construction
  • Prior experience as a Lead Hand or Supervisor leading and supervising multiple crews on project sites
  • Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction methods, schedule, and plan reading
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
