Responsibilities:

  • Lead and teach youth-related ministries and activities
  • Work with the Pastor and Youth Council to set goals and action plans
  • Minister in all areas of Evangelism, Sunday School, Missions, Discipleship, Fellowship, and Worship
  • Seek to use Youth Ministry as a point of outreach to the unsaved and unchurched
  • Accept assignments from the Pastor to work on projects deemed necessary for the church body
  • Prepare and present an itemized budget annually to the Finance Committee
  • Develop a close relationship with adult volunteers who participate in student ministries

Requirements:

  • A heart for this ministry and a true calling for this field
  • A desire to be a part in developing students to be the Men and Women of God they are called to be
  • The ability to show them the love of Christ
