Role Overview:

The Lottery Product Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the National Draws team with administrative tasks, including accounting and procurement, as well as coordinating meetings and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate D365 items for the National Draws team, including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoices, and accruals.
  • Manage reports to support the Draws team, including budget tracking and organizing reporting and team files in MS Teams.
  • Consolidate weekly sales updates across the Lottery division for broader distribution.
  • Support the development of briefs in collaboration with product owners, coordinate with Digicomm, and follow up on published content and issues.
  • Manage gift card inventory, working with sales, procurement, and distribution, and update sales and inventory reports as required.
  • Coordinate premium items, including inventory management, procurement, and re-ordering, and account for submitting requests to external vendors for shipping.
  • Support team with high-jackpot activations and winner's events as required.
  • Prepare presentations, including content creation.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensuring business priorities are considered.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office/business administration type role.
  • College diploma in Office or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Attention to detail, communication, planning, and organizing, time management, collaboration, relationship building, problem-solving, good judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
