Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish bilingual customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer complaints, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and market products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assist with customer related payment solutions and account discrepancies
  • Document customer accounts accurately
  • Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Requirements:
  • Bilingual Spanish is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in accounts receivables at various stages of overdue payments, call center or customer service environments is a plus
Compensation:

NFL- Hourly rate of $15.60 plus 4% vacation pay
