The Role

We're seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for installing and providing diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and accurately diagnose mechanical/electrical problems
  • Prepare accurate estimates and explanations on all repairs
  • Perform assigned and required repairs to customer products
  • Travel to customer's homes to diagnose/repair appliances
Requirements:
  • Current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket
  • Enjoy working within a diverse team
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience
  • Clear a security check
