We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as Director, Environmental Services. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have a proven track record of success in a senior management role, preferably within a Public Works/Environmental Services environment.
The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (P.Eng) Designation with the Professional Engineers of Ontario. They should have at least seven (7) to (10) years' experience at a senior management level within a Public Works/Environmental Services environment, preferably within a municipal, unionized environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing maintenance and operations programs, providing expert advice in public works strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services for a growing community.
