Expert Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Expert Banking Advisor to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on banking and investments solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' financial needs and goals, providing tailored advice and solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, leveraging our expertise in banking and investments to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our clients receive the most informed and effective advice possible.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, leveraging our expertise in banking and investments to meet client needs.
- Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
- Quebec – Completed Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance, offered through the Canadian Securities Institute
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
