Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Western Fuels Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Teach interest or professional development courses to enhance staff skills
- Authorize payments and manage store finances
- Plan and develop visual merchandising displays to drive sales
- Establish work schedules and manage store operations
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
- Free parking available
- Permanent work term
- 35 hours per week
- Work Language: English
