We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Nova Scotia Health Authority.
Job DescriptionThis permanent full-time position involves working as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in education and training initiatives to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Experience working in a hospital/medical facility or clinic setting is an asset.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
