About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Ramzi's Burger & Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers, while maintaining profitability and efficiency in food preparation and inventory management.

Food Preparation and Presentation

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.

Kitchen Operations and Maintenance

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management and Control

Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Language and Communication

Fluency in English is required, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers is essential.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
