About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Paradigm Consulting Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the success of our customer's projects, working closely with stakeholders to develop and enhance solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in requirements analysis and verification sessions for complex projects, and lead requirements analysis and verification sessions for less complex projects.
  • Analyze, define, and interpret business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and supporting business area(s) and user(s) technical (functional/non-functional) requirements.
  • Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems.
  • Identify, document, report, and track project issues.
  • Work with various methodologies such as agile, waterfall, scrum, and hybrid.
  • Create business requirement documents, functional requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and other project-related documents.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, manage changes to such specifications, and educate the IT organization on the direction of the business.
  • Gather information about customer work processes and information flows.
  • Have knowledge and background of other technologies and tools.
  • Have a basic understanding of business, market, and industry issues facing a specific business unit or function.
  • Ensure all user acceptance tests are conducted and documented according to standards. Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Assist and/or lead change management activities to ensure complete user adoption of changes implemented.
