Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Architectural team to understand customer needs and prepare necessary drawings, specifications, and details.
  • Prepare calculations, quantity take-offs, and hardcopy drawing packages for factory construction.
  • Perform quality checks of drawings and details for codes and standards compliance.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology and proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Your ability to work with building codes and energy efficiency will be crucial in developing accurate and efficient solutions.

Your Qualifications:
  • Training or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or a relevant field.
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as energy efficiency in residential construction.
  • Knowledge of building, plumbing, energy, and electrical codes and standards.
  • Experience with estimating and quantity take-offs.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office suite and experience using Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other graphic and design software.
