The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Service Technician to join our team in British Columbia. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobility equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and working with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mobility equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility scooters
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the comfort and urgency of clients
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their mobility equipment meets their requirements
  • Travel to clients' homes and community facilities, adapting to changing schedules and client needs

Requirements

  • Technical skills, including experience with diagnostic tools and power equipment
  • Empathy and communication skills, prioritizing client comfort and urgency
  • Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record, with a company vehicle provided
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
