- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers and sales associates, ensuring seamless store operations and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a retail or sales environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
